Hi! I'm Emily, the proud owner/founder of Earworks and a practicing NHS nurse with 14 years of clinical experience. With hundreds of procedures undertaken and satisfied clients I pride myself on delivering a safe, personal service with the highest standard of care.
WHAT IS MICROSUCTION?
Microsuction uses gentle suction to clean the ear. A small probe is directed at the ear wax in the canal and light suction is applied to remove it. I will also use a microscope to magnify the ear making it easier to assess and treat.
WHY CHOOSE MICROSUCTION?
Microsuction is the gold standard of earwax removal. It is the safest and most convenient way to remove wax from the ear. Many tests have concluded microsuction earwax removal is better than the traditional methods of irrigation/syringing.
